This is one of the most highly rated restaurants in Turin. It is part of the "Ristoranti della Tavolozza" and has been awarded the golden 'escargot' by the Slow Food Arcigola. While still respecting its philosophy of good cooking, and serving creative variations on regional dishes, the menu changes everyday. The wine list is exceptional.
