Under the Mediterranean sun
Frédéric Gonzales is the new young chef of this gastronomic restaurant which enjoys a warm atmosphere with a definite feel of the South of France. He is helped by Sophie Tordoir, the only pastry chef amongst Brussels's hoteliers. She was recently awarded the Pâtisserie Mandarin Napoléon national prize for 2000. Do you need any more persuading?
