Since 1922, François has been selecting the finest fish and other types of seafood. Every year, from May 20th till August 15th, the restaurant gives pride of place to their lobster dishes during the very famous lobster festival. During March, they celebrate the skrei from Norway. It doesn't really matter where the fish comes from, once there is some fish in your plate!
