The setting of Sabu is typical of any Japanese restaurant. A marble bar, dark tiles, a sushi bar and four tables where dishes are prepared, including flambés items. The menu includes the finest dishes of Japanese cooking. One of the great specialities of this restaurant is the tofu dessert.
