The different methods used for making pasta from when it was first made right up to the industrial production used today are all described and illustrated in the rooms of this museum. They also have ancient machines, instruments, objects and documents...as well as nutritional information, practical advice and interesting facts.
The audio aids, which give information about the exhibits in six languages, are included in the price of the ticket.
