Evenings at the Villa
The Villa Simonetta is to be found behind the Cimitero Monumentale. In the summer, it hosts cultural and musical events. Amongst these is the especially remarkable 'Notturni in Villa' festival. The classical music concerts take place on Thursday evenings, organised by the Amici della Musica Association. However, on Saturday evenings, jazz and ethnic music concerts top the bill. Since 1980, the Villa has provided the venue for the Civica Scuola di Musica.
