The biggest one
This is the old game preserve that belonged to the Casa de los Austrias, acquired by Phillip II. It passed on to be property of the State in 1931, and some tragic events took place here during the Civil War. This complex is currently the site of the zoo, the funfair, a pond and the cable railway. It is the biggest ' and the oldest ' green area of the city and is highly frequented by families with children who come here for picnics.
