We allow you to update some online data via your personal profile. Other information can be also modified upon written request. Cityvox SAS cannot, however, guarantee you constant access to your profile via the website, notably in case of computer server malfunction.

The information on your profile is generally used as a way to facilitate your navigation on our website and for our personalization services.

Your personal data will never be transmitted to a third-party without your prior consent.

Content partners or service partners: In the framework of agreements with content partners or service partners, Cityvox SAS shall use information from your profile to offer you a wider and more targeted range of services and products on Cityvox.co.uk or on a partner website. Finally, all outside parties have been rigourously pre-selected by Cityvox SAS and must adhere to the present Charter.

Cityvox SAS will assure itself of the nature of the offer prior to sending it out. In this case, you have the possibility of indicating in your profile that you no longer wish to receive these types of messages.

Transfer of Cityvox SAS/Fusion with or to partners: in the case of a total or partial transfer of Cityvox SAS to an outside party or in the sharing of its capital with an outside party, users must accept that any information provided to Cityvox SAS could be shared with the outside party concerned, and solely with that outside party.

Upon signing up to the Cityvox Club, your reviews must automatically adhere to the legalities of the member states of the European Community (ie: Copyright, Trademarks, Intellectual Property). Moreover, you accept the right of Cityvox SAS to publish, without compensation of any kind, all or part of your reviews as if they were a part of the public domain. Your reviews may also be published on any supporting website known or unknown yet to this day and may be used commercially or on partner sites.

Cityvox SAS reserves the right to censor or modify certain words for the clarity and respect of the present members charter. Cityvox can also delete any reviews that do not respect the rules described in the present charter -- established for the common good. Finally Cityvox SAS reserves the right to cancel your account and pursue legal action if the rules are breached.

Cityvox SAS is authorised to communicate the results of any statistical studies (information gathered on group characteristics, which is anonymous) which would concern its sites' activity.

The Cityvox.co.uk website contains user reviews and recommendations by its content partners. Cityvox SAS can be thus in no way held responsible for either the validity or for the update of information published on its website.

This Members Charter is subject to European law and French law (in any lack of European legislative texts concerning the subject of litigation). The two parties agree to recognise that all possible litigation shall be brought to competent European legal authorities (or, by default, competent French legal authorities).
