3 star hotel
1, Allée du Petit Bois - 51530 DizyNot bad but ...
Restaurant, which is clearly playing the high end. The service, without being quite level, has not fared too badly. Decor very successful. Kitchen classic, correct performance, sometimes homeopathic quantities, high prices for a service that clearly lack originality and that can leave you with your hunger, in every sense of the word.

Alsatian cuisine
19, Rue Docteur Stoltz - 67140 AndlauGood Address
Decor (very) typical Alsatian and tourism. This is on a portion of the card (classic sauerkraut or fish bite at the Queen ...), while the other half of the map and the daily specials, are more in a record market cuisine more original and very well executed (eg pluma Iberian pork with citrus). Service pleasant and kind of boss. Great selection of wines by the glass or pitcher. Prices to, can prove very interesting with the use of Passport Gourmand accepted by this restaurant (excluding dish of the day).

French restaurant
Rue Edgar Faure - 39330 Port-LesneyClassy
Kitchen entirely at the Michelin star the place, even if the preparation of foie gras (with slices of raw asparagus and artichokes) I moderately convaincu.Par cons, fish (net location), meat (filet of duck) and dessert were very professional and excellents.Service without stiffness, effective and décontracté.Décor very elegant, very classic and luxury: not what I prefer, but it's still good goût.Finalement only complaint: the price (besides more drinks and menus), higher than in other facilities at the hotel équivalent.Un word: it is a Relais & Chateaux, and it shows, both in the decoration , comfort, service and price ... again!

French restaurant
47 Rue Courcelles - 39600 ArboisInteresting
Interesting cuisine, based on traditional regional but revisited and rejuvenated, all well executed. Wine obviously well supplied in Arbois and the Jura mountains in general. Prices rather high, but justified in my opinion. Service very nice, but long wait for lunch when we come out of the menus offered to take the card. Overall, nice stage and quality at a transition in Arbois.
