2 Plaza Oriente - 28013 MadridSuperb
Exceptional location, excellent service quality. Home on the terrace by a nmaître d 'hotel spoke perfect French and do not consider (as in Paris) as a pigeon to pluck. Refined cuisine, excellent wines pix remarkable "democratic" (compared to those prevailing in Paris.) Sprayers and foggers to lower t ° terrace.

14 Rue Cauchy - 75015 ParisVery Good
Location "surprising" in this area, pedestrian side terrace. On Tuesday we had lunch with (sorry to side) François Hollande which would be the "canteen". Meals treated inventive lightweight, professional sevice and very gracious accepting some jokes. Somelier Compétant , not pushing for consumption. Dishes: Veal and Rice Girola, then piece of veal, dessert variation on the cherry. Price 80 to 85 Euros. It will return, even if it takes one or two stars.

Wine bar
33 Rue Brunel - 75017 ParisRare Paris
A true wine bar, you eat in the middle of boxes that you can taste wines, served at table in the store price. Either from 6 euros for a bottle of rose up to + + + for Lynch-Bages. A menu on a blackboard at the entrance, an entrance and 15 Euro a plate or dish and We cover. A cuisine, Basque charcuterie, a waitress, sommelier, master of nice hotel, in short, a very pleasant surprise in a Paris generally superficial.

At St. Germain, near the front and eLipp Flore and Deux Magots. A framework very "soft" both modern and classical. Prices displayed its higher than those on the Internet where you trouverrez rooms (with breakfast) at 180 euros, so that it is displayed at 380 without breakfast.
