9 Rue Ausone - 33000 BordeauxDeserved success
The first time I went it had just opened and he wanted to become famous. On leaving I told myself it would not hurt to find its clientele. Indeed, the tapas are delicious although atypical and relatively cheap and are especially nutritious! Finished the two tapas that are fighting a duel in a microassiette here can only make a meal with them. The atmosphere is casual, the boss very attentive to customer needs and knows customer loyalty. Only small bemol the wine is to develop more on Spanish wines and South America.

43, Rue du Pas-Saint-Georges - 33000 BordeauxMixed ... try again
I went twice in an interval of one year, I really enjoyed the first time the blend of flavors that seemed relevant, the second time ale! Certainly the spirit of the kitchen remained the same but everything was too spicy, fragrant as if we had tried to hide the poor quality of the main ingredient (why Mexico and India eat it too spicy t you think? ). Maybe you just same as I returned to give me a definitive idea. For cons the scenery remains superb style loundge-cozy, soft lights, diners in tune: romantic setting. The home is perfect. Do not forget the wine that keeps me always cherish; CA Cert is expensive but it is hearty and very original (well, other thing due from Bordeaux!)

Far from restaurants to tourists, here everything is good and it smells good the fresh product! Many dishes to discover the wonderful cuisine corse for a very reasonable price, nothing that in writing I already saliva. Framework and nice home but no more.

27, Rue Buhan - 33000 BordeauxWho says better?
For me it's no problem the best value Bordeaux and beyond! The food is quality and ever-changing menus for 29 € you are entitled to one entry, two dishes and a dessert plus amuse bouches between each dish. In short, a restaurant that gives the example that you can make beautiful things without necessarily paying a high price if it becomes rare, while others should be inspired, to the wise ... only snag it must book several days in advance for a table is a sign ca.
