Cet immense hôtel de luxe Bruxellois est très bien situé en plein coeur de la vieille ville. Le buffet de petit déjeuner ne doit absolument pas être manqué dans des salons richement décorés. Les chambres sont de qualité, variés mais pour des prix assez abordables pour une capitale Européenne.
Great location, dramatic decor (check out the stained glass ceiling in reception and the vintage lift), combined with high quality service and bathrooms bigger than most people's flats make this a fantastic place to stay. Special rates are available so it's not always a budget-breaker, although you do pay a premium for supping your beer outside and the restaurant is overpriced. Enjoy an apperitif on the terrace, then walk round the corner to eat at the fabulous Belga Queen.
Even if your wallet won't stretch to staying there, don't let that stop you from doing a spot of people-watching at the terace at the front of the hotel_ many people have spent endless hours whiling away lazy afternoons in summer and winter (!) sipping a Kwak or Kriek or Duvel at one of the tables.
