The history of communication
The Communication Museum was first open in 2000 in the same building as the former Postal Service Museum, which was the first to have been constructed in 1872. A permanent exhibition presents the history of communication over three different levels, with robots to greet and inform visitors in the central courtyard.
A gallery leads them on to discover various forms of communication, divided up thematically. Also on display is the most famous stamp in the world, the Mauritius Blue.
